Akzo Nobel Architecture World 2011 Frankfurt

Competition design win for gtp2 for Akzo Nobel at the Architecture World 2011. The stand wasn’t very big (126 m²) and the budget was very tight, but the visual result was just great, if not beautiful…

The Architecture World 2011 took place as part of the mega show ISH 2011, set in hall 1.2, with just over 10,000 m² of exhibition and conference space dedicated to architecture and interior design. The target audience was us, that is to say architects and designers, as well as hotel chains and retail and property companies.

What does happiness taste like, what is the sound of reliability? Does power have a colour? …or pleasure, work or space? Yes! Modern neuro communications is providing new insights and many aspects can now be measured. There are answers to be found here that are relevant to every designer in the marketing world. The colourful “Coloreus” pavilion structure gtp2 created – a sensual colour sculpture – has a semantic meaning tailored to the characteristics of Akzo Nobel and conveys the desired marketing and brand values. The future belongs to Corporate Senses!

This was our third project for Akzo Nobel following the Farbe 2010 in Munich and AFNH 2010 in Bremen and it made us all very happy!
